Time To Wake Up to New Therapies

Time To Wake Up To New Therapies!

Time To Wake Up to New Therapies

For sure it is time to wake up to new therapies! This is what I have been trying to say to all of us! I am a Healthcare Professional; i.e. Registered Nurse, and I do believe in medicine. But unnecessarily, NOOOO! You do not need a pill for everything! Again, it is time to wake up to new therapies!

Constipated?

Before you reach for the Exlax, IF you do not have kidney problems, drink water! Not a little sip either.

Headache?
Every headache does not need an aspirin – try the 23 Psalm as a meditation and some of my other Hypnotherapy  for whatever else ails you, first before you pollute your body with all those medications!

When Tony died, I was spent!!! No change! His death impacted me in every way possible, especially spiritually and emotionally. I was offered sleeping pills without having  to ask for them. Don’t get me wrong, it is what doctors do. And the distress that I was displaying right after his death preempted it as an expression of sympathy for me and what I was going to have to endure.  But, I know my system, and pain  medicines; much more sleeping pills, just don’t do well in my system. Further,  I didn’t want to risk becoming dependent on them.

I could have gone to a Clinical Psychologist, but this is what I know, the medications that they give you have some of the worst side effects. I would have been prescribed an antidepressant of some type.  First this pill, and then another pill to counter act the side effects of the first pill, and so on and so on.  The  video below says it best.

Suffer with my grief and loss, and from the medicines too? For me,  the  punishment and the crime do not match in this one.  Again, it is time to wake up to new therapies. Now it did take me a little while to recover naturally.   My faith in God and with the learning of these therapies and availing myself of the benefits of them; Time Line therapy (r), Hypnotherapy and Neurolinguistic Programming brought me through. So they were tested on me before I could present them to anyone else and now am presenting them to you.

Please, let me help you with the most natural of ways possible; through words – Neurolinguistic Programming, Hypnotherapy and Time Line Therapy(r).

Make Your appointment with me and let me be a guide for you; I have 30 years of experience in Nursing, I am not a physician, and if you are acutely ill, you must consult with your Healthcare Provider.  But, do know that I have a vast knowledge base! And I have added other training’s; Hypnotherapy, Time Line Therapy(r) and Neurolinguistic Programming as I believe in Holistic Nursing! Yes, the Mind, Body and Emotions/Spirit stuff. They are all connected and you must heal in them all to be whole.

I wish you were in New York. I’ve been addicted to Ambien for years. Can’t sleep without it especially since I’m going through menopause. From time to time I combine Ambien with other pills & alcohol. The side effects are horrendous especially the sleepwalking but I’m not really motivated to change my behavior.
